Leading property developer Almacantar challenged us to reposition their corporate identity as a luxury lifestyle brand that would appeal to high-net-worth clients. Our research revealed that the uniqueness of Almacantar lay in the iconic London locations of its luxury property portfolio and we used this to create a new set of brand values, tone of voice and visual aesthetic, applying it to all online channels. 

The new positioning has a premium editorial style that appeals to a luxury consumer mindset and includes breathtaking aerial views of central London to connect clients to the brand’s impressive portfolio.
